摘要
本文以胜利油田为研究对象,从职工参加远程培训学习行为、远程课程学习情况、在线培训项目开展情况等三个角度,对胜利油田远程培训应用情况进行相应的数据统计和分析,为中国石化远程培训系统的进一步建设和使用提供实践依据,并提出改进建议。
The paper is a statistical analysis of the implementation of remote training in Shengli Oilfield in terms of the leaming behaviors of employees who participate in the program, the learning outcomes of remote courses, and the development of online training projects, which provides supporting evidence for the further development and application of SINOPEC's remote training system. Suggestions for improvement are also made.
