摘要
运用ADAMS软件生成了随车起重机变幅机构虚拟样机模型,对变幅机构进行了仿真分析,建立了两个液压缸的驱动约束函数,优化了液压缸受力情况并验证了优化效果,合理确定了影响液压缸受力的铰点位置坐标,大大减少了液压缸受力。
This paper builds virtual prototype model of luffing mechanism for the lorry-mounted crane using ADAMS software, designs the optimized plan and establishes constrains driving function. Then the optimal analysis about the position of articulating points and the force conditions of hydraulic cylinder is carried out and the result is verified.
