摘要
介绍了传热的方式与保温材料的种类,阐述了影响多孔材料导热系数的内在和外在因素,讨论了在机车设计中保温材料的选用原则,提出以依据保温材料价格和导热系数的乘积最小的原则选用材料,满足了保温性能设计需求,显著降低了生产能耗和成本。
This paper introduces heat transfer method and the category of thermal insulation material, expounds in detail the internal and external factors affecting heat conductivity coefficient of porous material, and explicitly points out the principles of selecting thermal insulation material in locomotive design. It meets the design requirements of heat insulation property and reduces the production cost and energy consumption.
