国产阀控型液力偶合器工业性试验

Industrial Experiment on Homebred Valve-controlled Fluid Coupling

针对重型刮板输送机的软起动装置完全依赖进口局面,首次将国产阀控型液力偶合器应用于井下重型刮板输送机。介绍了YOXFCS562阀控型液力偶合器的创新点及技术特征、试验地点的地质条件及设备配套情况、工业试验过程,最后对试验监测数据进行了讨论。试验结果表明,该液力偶合器运行可靠,环保节水,使用及操作方便,可以在煤矿井下刮板输送机上推广应用。

Aiming at the situation that soft start equipments of the heavy duty AFC totally dependent on imports, homebred valve-controlled fluid coupling is used in heavy duty AFC firstly. The paper introduced the innovation points, technical characteristics of YOXFCS562 coupling, the geological conditions and equipment conditions of test site, and the process of industrial experiment. Finally, the test data were discussed. The test proved that the coupling works reliably with little water and convenience operation. It can be applied into the mine working faces to take the place of the imported products.
