摘要 通过分析当前我国内高校中教学评价的现状,对传统教学评价中评价主体较少,评价方式不能与时更新,评价目的被异化等问题进行探讨,提出院校应当树立正确的评价导向,营造良好的教学评价氛围,把教学评价建立在广泛参与的基础之上,根据不同的评价主体设计评价指标,将教员、学员作为教学评价对象的重点,依据不同科目设置科学、合理、有效的评价指标体系。为解决传统教学评价耗时、耗材,效率低下等问题,提出利用现代化的科技手段制作基于评价主体的教学评价软件,快速有效地分析教学过程中影响教学效果的各项指标,从而制定针对性的措施,促进教学质量提升。 Based on analyzing the current situation of teaching evaluation in domestic colleges and uni- versities, we discussed issues such as the fewer evaluation subjects, the out-of-date evaluation meth- ods, and the dissimilated evaluation target, etc. It was suggested that the colleges and universities should set up a right direction, and make a good atmosphere of teaching evaluation. The evaluation should base on the broad participation. Evaluation index should be set according to the evaluation sub- ject. The teachers and students are very important if we want to design a scientific, reasonable and el- fective evaluation system according to different courses. To overcome the problems of traditional eval- uation, the writer proposes to use the modern scientific software, which can analysis every index quickly and effectively in order to make the targeted measures and promote the teaching quality.
