Current Situation and Countermeasures of Research Integrity in Postgraduate Medical Education

诚实守信是科研工作者必须具备的道德素质。过大的科研压力容易让医学研究生发生学术不端行为,减弱科研创新能力,对社会的发展产生意想不到的危害。因此,对医学研究生培养模式和评价系统进行改革,注重科学诚信教育,对提高医学研究生培养质量,预防科研学术不端行为的发生具有重要意义。

Honest and trustworthy is one of the most important moral qualities of the researchers. Aca- demic misconduct is easy to happen in postgraduate medical students because of too much research pressure. It will be weakening the scientific research innovation ability, and harm to the national and social development in long term. So it is very important to reform of medical postgraduate training mode and evaluation system, especially to focus on research integrity education. It will be meaningful for improving the quality of postgraduate medical training and preventing the occurrence of scientific misconduct in scientific research.
