摘要
医学学术型研究生教育是培养高层次医学科研人才的重要途径,研究生教育阶段的学习、工作及思维方式与医学本科生教育阶段截然不同,帮助研究生培养对象迅速适应这些不同并完成由医学生到医学科研工作者的角色转换具有重要意义。本文探讨了这种角色转换的特点及应注意问题。
Education of academic graduate students is an important approach to train high-level talents for medical science research. Pattern of learning, working and thinking are all different between the stage of undergraduate and graduate. It is important to help trainee adapting to these differences andachieving role shift from medical undergraduate student to researcher. Characters and problems in role shift were discussed in the current paper.
