PMD教学模式在中西医结合授课中的探讨——以痿病(重症肌无力)为例

Discussion on the Application of PMD Teaching Model in the Western and Chinese Medical Class:Cased by the Flaccidity Disease(Myasthenia Gravis)

PMD教学模式是以实践为导向、以病案为中心的案例讨论模式。在痿病(重症肌无力)的授课中使用PMD教学法,可以发挥教师的主导作用;以真实病案为中心,让学生进行讨论,增强学生学习的积极性,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力;以疑难危重病的病案讨论为着力点和落脚点,通过试开医嘱、医学伦理的沟通与培训,让医学生能提早适应临床氛围,使医学生的动手能力(临床技能)、动口能力(沟通技巧)和动脑能力(临床思维)得到提高。

PMD teaching model is based at case study and is driven by clinical practice. It can give the teacher a dominant player in the class. The discussion on real clinical cases can promote the students＇ enthusiasm and initiatives and ability in analyzing and resulting problems. Case study is emphasizedon difficult and critical cases. During discussion the communication on medical ethics and giving medi- cal orders are trained to help the students to adapt the clinical practice and promote their manipulative ability （clinical skill）, speak ability （communication skill）, clinical ratiocination ability （thinking skili}.
