营造富有趣味、活力和内涵的医学临床带教氛围

摘要 目的探讨营造富有趣味、活力和内涵的医学临床带教氛围和方法。方法根据多年来对临床五年制和七年制医学生临床带教经验,结合目前国内相关报道,在PBL基础上系统分析整理出一套带教方法。结果 PBL这一以问题为基础的学习方法,使学生有直接的感性认识,有充分的思维空间,能增加师生互动,不断提高教学质量。我们在实践中摸索出一种以"是什么?为什么?怎么办?"三维一体的临床教学方法和临床思维方法,取得了较好的带教效果。结论以问题为基础的教学方法,结合"是什么?为什么?怎么办?"三维一体的临床教学方法和临床思维方法,值得在临床带教中采用并推广。 Objective To investigate the possible ways to make the clinical teaching full of interests, ac tivities and connotations in order to encourage the medical students to grasp the clinical and basic knowledge, practice the clinical thinking and learning how to deal with the relationship between the doctors and patients. Methods Analysis and refining from our previous experience and the report of others. Results The teaching method based PBL combined with the trinity of "What? Why7 How?" can make teaching effectively. Conclusion The teaching method based PBL combined with the trinity of "What? Why? How?" is valuable in clinical teaching.
