多种教学实践在妇产科学临床实习中的作用

Application of PBL Penetrated a Variety of Teaching Method in Clinical Probation of Gynecology

妇产科学是一门理论与实践紧密结合的临床学科,操作复杂多样,实践性强,传统教学短期很难达到教学目的。随着近年来临床教学方法的不断积累与改进,我们摸索出一套妇产科学实习的具体教学方法,那就是PBL为主,联合多种方法相互渗透的临床教学模式,即在PBL教学基础上采用追踪典型病例、结合病例讨论、结合标本及多媒体教学等。本文对多种方法的实践进行了分析。

The obstetrics and gynecology is a clinical discipline closely integrated theory with practice. It has characteristic with complex and diverse operation and practical teaching. It is difficult to achieve the goal of teaching by using the traditional teaching method during short-term. With the recent clini- cal teaching methods of the accumulation and improvement, we find out the specific methods in gyne- cological practice teaching that is a model of mutual infiltration all kinds of methods based on the PBL, namely using teaching methods combined with following up typical cases, case discussion, spec- imens and the multimedia on the basis of PBL. This paper summarized and analyzed the PBL teaching method and the many kinds of methods in the gynecological probation.
