摘要
生物质资源是丰富的可再生资源,对其进行研究开发将极大提高生物质能的利用价值。热解技术是生物质能转化的最有效方式之一,通过热解可将生物质转化为高品质清洁能源或高附加值化学品,从而受到越来越多的关注。本文阐述了生物质热解概况,总结了热解温度、升温速率、压力、物料特性(生物质种类、粒径、分子结构等)等工艺条件对生物质热解过程和产物分布特性的影响。介绍了生物油的分离与分析技术,综述了其研究现状、应用领域以及使用过程中存在的主要问题。
Biomass resources are abundant renewable resources, its research and development will greatly im-prove its biomass energy value. Pyrolysis technology is one of the most effective ways of conversion of biomass en-ergy. Biomass can be changed into high quality clean energy or high value chemicals through pyrolysis, which at-tracts more and more attention. In this paper, the overview of biomass pyrolysis was described, the impacts of the pyrolysis temperature, heating rate, pressure, material characteristics(biomass species, particle size, molecular structure, etc.) on biomass pyrolysis process and product distribution characteristics were summarized. The tech-nologies for separating and analyzing bio-oil were introduced. The research status, application field and the major problems existing in the process of using were reviewed.
