摘要
微乳液驱油是提高油藏采收率的有效方法,关键因素在于微乳液可以使原油驱替液的界面张力降低到10^(-3)~10^(-4)m N·m^(-1)的超低水平,并使原油在盐水中的增溶量达到最大值。采用拟三元相图法,筛选出了SDS表面活性剂、正丁醇、K_m=1.5,其增溶性较好,试剂消耗量最少;应用正交实验获得了制备最佳中相微乳液驱油体系配方,并分别对SDS浓度、正丁醇浓度和Na_2CO_3浓度进行了扫描,得到的体积相图和增溶参数图,得出:V_o=V_w,SP_o=SP_w,体系达到了最佳中相。该体系可作为"三采"中的驱油剂,用于提高油藏采收率。
