改性脲醛树脂的制备及其综合性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 本论文采用不同种类助剂合成了改性低甲醛释放脲醛树脂,甲醛(F)/尿素(U)摩尔比为1.1。实验对比了单一助剂和复合助剂(复合比例按照实验所需的p H值确定)对脲醛树脂性能的影响,旨在找到一种既满足环保要求又能够提高生产效率的合成工艺。结果表明:添加复合助剂1+2+3的脲醛树脂固化时间最快,比空白样品约提高了16%,能有效提高生产效率,但是湿强度较差,在63±3℃热水中浸泡3 h后全部脱胶,数据无法计算;而添加单一助剂2后的脲醛树脂在各个方面都呈现出了比较优良的性能,固化时间较空白样品提高13%,甲醛释放量为0.528 mg/L,达到了GB/T 18580-2001中E1级标准,可直接用于室内。 The modified urea formaldehyde resin with low formaldehyde emission was prepared by using different additives in this paper. The mole ratio of formaldehyde and urea was 1. 1. The influences of single and mixed additives on the properties of urea formaldehyde resin were studied,in order to find a way of meeting the requirements of environmental protection and synthetic technology of high efficiency. The results indicated that the resin with mixed additives 1 + 2 + 3 could solidify in the shortest time,and 16% higher than that of the contrast resin. It could effectively improve the efficiency of production; however,the mechanical strength was poor,which was completely tacklessed when being soaked in hot water for three hours. The resin modified by single #2 assistant showed better performance than the others. The solidification time was improved by 13% compared to the contrast resin,and the formaldehyde release was 0. 528 mg / L,which has achieved the E1 standard of GB / T 18580- 2001 and therefore can be used indoor.
