摘要 传统的喷洒氯盐类融雪剂除冰雪会对路面造成腐蚀和污染环境,在路面下铺设加热电缆进行物理除冰雪是一种绿色环保的方法。本文重点研究了加热功率与路面升温速度、路面升温温度和环境风速、环境温度等之间的关系。研究表明,路面温度并不随加热时间线性提高,大致可分为路面低速预热升温阶段、快速升温阶段和升温趋缓阶段,加热功率对路面达到理想融雪化冰的时间和能耗均有着较大的影响,需要根据具体环境情况对不同阶段进行加热功率优化分析。 The traditional way of spraying chlorine saline to melt snow on pavement will corrode pavement and pollute environment. The way of setting heating cables under pavement is a green and environment- friendly way. In this paper,the relationships among heating power,the rate of pavement temperature increase,pavement temperature increase,the environment temperature,and the environment wind- speed were analyzed. The study result showed that the pavement temperature was increased nonlinearly and the heating process can be divided into three stages including preheating stage,rapid heating- up stage,and heating- up slow down stage. The heating power had great impacts on the ideal heating time and energy consumption,so it is necessary to conduct optimization analysis on the heating power based on different stage and specific environment.
