农杆菌介导的草莓遗传转化研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 草莓(Fragariaspp.)是蔷薇科草莓属的多年生草本植物,具有较高的经济价值和营养价值。由于近年来分子生物学理论和技术的持续发展,草莓已作为模式植物而被研究。建立高效的遗传转化体系是基因功能验证的基础,尽管草莓的遗传转化研究已经有二十多年的历史,但是仍然存在转化效率低的问题。综述了影响草莓外植体再生、农杆菌介导的转化效率的几个主要因素以及转基因研究在抗病毒、抗虫、抗除草剂、抗逆及品质改良等方面的最新进展,对草莓转基因研究中存在的主要问题和今后的研究方向及应用前景进行了探讨。 Strawberry(Fragaria spp.)belongs to the Rosaceae family and perennial herbaceous plants,the Fragaria genus,and it had high nutritional value and economic value.Along with the recent advances in molecular biology research,genetic engineering which is based on adventitious buds regeneration and genetic tranformation becomes to a significant way for Fragaria breeding.In recent years,a lot of excellent varieties have been cultivated,and planting area gradually expanded,however there still were many factors that restricted the development of strawberry production.Genetic engineering opened up a new way for plant breeding and germplasm resources development and utilization and other fields,a new type that conventional breeding could not get could be gotten using genetic engineering.It summarized the latest developments of strawberry transgenic research mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens in antivirus,insect resistance,herbicide resistance,stress resistance and quality improvement,the main problems of strawberry transgenic research and the research orientation of future and application prospects were discussed.
