本文研究自由膨胀挤出发泡过程 ,建立起此过程泡体密度变化的理论模型 ,通过非等温模型的引入 ,把微观气泡膨胀过程与宏观发泡冷却固化过程相结合 。

In the paper,in Freely Expanding Process of Extruding Plastic foam was researched.Theoretical model of foam bulk density was set up.By the way of introducing Nonisothermal model,the process of bubble expanding in microcosmic and cooling and solidifying in macroscopic was combined.The research method of foam molding was put forward.
