摘要 为了提高穿戴式设备心率检测的准确性,提出了一种新的基于加速度传感器的光电容积脉冲波(PPG)信号处理方法。从加速度信号中判定是否存在运动伪迹并获取运动伪迹的频率。该方法以均值滤波为基础,去除原始信号中的基线漂移与运动伪迹,重构出理想的PPG波形,准确地检测出每分钟心跳数(BPM)。通过多种运动状态下的实验测试表明:该方法能够有效去除PPG信号中的噪声,提高BPM检测的准确性,可应用到穿戴式设备连续性实时监测。 In order to improve the accuracy of heart rate detection form PPG signal in wearable devices,a new processing method based on accelerometer is proposed. On the basis of moving average filtering,it is useful to remove base wandering and motion artifacts with the accelerometer signal. An ideal PPG signal is reconstructed,so the accuracy of BPM detection is improved. A variety of experimental tests in different motion states show that the proposed method effectively remove noises in PPG signal and improve the detecting accuracy of BPM. This method can be applied into continuous real-time monitoring of wearable devices.
