提高健肾片硬度的工艺研究

Study on the technique of improving Jianshen tablets hardness

目的:探索提高健肾片硬度的工艺方法。方法:采用比较法,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为黏合剂参照,考察黏合剂淀粉浆加入方法、改变片芯直径对硬度的影响。结果:将黏合剂淀粉浆直接加入醇提浸膏(粉)中,相当于HPMC为黏合剂的硬度;直径小的片芯硬度大于直径大的片芯。结论:将黏合剂淀粉浆直接加入醇提浸膏(粉)中以及缩小片芯直径,两种方法均可提高健肾片的硬度。

Objective Study on the two methods to improve hardness of Jianshen tablets. Methods Use comparison method to Investigation adhesives incorporation and change the tablet core diameter effect on hardness. Results The adhesive starch added directly to ethanol extract（ powder）,the equivalent of HPMC as a binder of hardness; Small diameter core hardness is greater than the diameter of a large piece of core. Conclusion The adhesive starch directly into ethanol extract（ powder） as well as narrowing the die diameter,two methods can improve the hardness Jianshen tablets.
