传统推拿“束悗疗法”防治糖尿病周围神经病变的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察传统推拿"束悗疗法"防治糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的效果。方法:将80只大鼠随机平均分为对照组、模型组、推拿组和药物组,采用腹腔注射链脉佐菌素的方法造模,观察各组动物坐骨神经传导速度(SNVC)和坐骨神经中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的变化情况。结果:对各组动物坐骨神经SNVC检测发现,模型组与对照组比较,SNVC差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),推拿组与模型组比较,SNVC差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),药物组与模型组比较,SNVC差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),推拿组与药物组比较,SNVC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对各组动物坐骨神经VEGF检测发现,模型组与对照组比较,VEGF表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),推拿组与模型组比较VEGF表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),药物组与模型组比较,VEGF表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),推拿组与药物组比较,VEGF表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:传统推拿"束悗疗法"能够有效改善DPN实验大鼠下肢坐骨神经SNVC,提高坐骨神经VEGF含量,从而对DPN大鼠的周围神经功能恢复起到有效的治疗作用且疗效与注射药物弥可保相持平。"束悗疗法"具有操作简便、安全、无毒副作用等其他任何药物无法具备的临床优势,值得临床推广和普及。 Objective Observation the effect on the traditional Tuina therapy of Shu Man in the prevention and treatment of the rats of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method 80 rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,Tuina group and drug group. The peritoneal injection of STC was used to prepare the rats of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The SNCV of the sciatic nerve and the VEGF in the sciatic nerve were observed. Results In the SNVC detection,The control group compared with the model group,SNVC showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the tuina group compared with the model group,SNVC showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the drug group compared with the model group,SNVC showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the tuina group compared with the drug group,there was no significant difference in SNVC( P〈0. 05); in the VEGF detection,The control group compared with the model group,VEGF showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the tuina group compared with the model group,VEGF showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the drug group compared with the model group,VEGF showed a significant difference( P〈0. 01),the tuina group compared with the drug group,there was no significant difference in VEGF( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The traditional Tuina therapy of Shu Man can effectively improve the SNVC and the content of VEGF of lower limb sciatic nerve of DPN rats and plays a role in the treatment of the rats of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The tuina therapy and the drug therapy has the same effect. But the the traditional Tuina therapy of Shu Man is safe,simple,no side effects,is worth popularizing in clinic.
