摘要
通过对国内外论文检索系统收录的超声加工论文数量的年度变化及方向分布,分析了超声加工技术的发展趋势,并对超声加工体系的共性使能技术、应用领域进行了概述。
According to the annual number change and orientation distribution of ultrasonic machining papers included in the paper retrieval system at home and abroad ,the development trend of ultrasonic machining is analyzed,and the common technologies and application fields of ultrasonic machining system are summarized.
