摘要
将先进的电子元器件应用于金刚石拉丝模加工用的超声电源,利用有源功率因数校正技术、谐振原理及锁相环技术等,开发了谐振网络、半桥功率放大器、频率自动跟踪网络。应用结果表明,新型超声电源的电能利用率、加工效率大幅提高,谐波电流分量及由此引起的对电网的污染明显减小。
The advanced electronic components are used in ultrasound power supply for diamond wire drawing dies manufacturing. Resonance network, half bridge power amplifier and frequency automatic tracking network are developed by using active power factor correction technique ,resonance principle and phase locked loop technology, etc. The results show that the new ultrasound power supply can greatly enhance electricity utilizing efficiency and processing efficiency,and can significantly reduce power grid pollution caused by harmonic current component.
