As the backbone of the rural,the middle peasants have always been defined as the object of dependency and solidarity.But in a part of novels about＂land reform and agricultural cooperation＂,the legal identity of middle peasants was constantly questioned.Finally,both theoretically and practically,the instability of legal identity of middle peasants was reflected on literature,which mirrored the ultimate trends of land reform,and has been exerting various social influences in current China.Searching the special form of middle peasants is of great significance which effectively helps rethink the narrative of＂land reform and agricultural cooperation＂in history of literature.
