摘要
随着现代造纸机装机容量的不断增大,对电气传动系统的调速能力、精度和稳定性提出了越来越高的要求,公共直流母线传动系统正是基于此种情形得到迅速推广应用,但其供电电源结构多种多样,性能也各不相同。文章就目前造纸机公共直流母线传动系统常用的几类供电电源的特点做以分析,并借助PSIM软件对其输出电压、电流波形特性进行仿真研究,为公共直流母线的应用选型提供一定的参考。最后通过应用实例,进一步说明供电单元的应用特点。
With the increasing of the modern paper machine installed capacity, Electric drive system puts forward higher ability of speed, accuracy and stability requirements, The common DC BUS drive system based on this kind of situation get rapid popularization and application, but its power supply structure is varied, the performance is also different. The paper analyze the characteristics of several kinds common DC BUS power supply units, At the same time analyzed the output voltage and current waveform characteristics by PSlM software simulation, for the application of common DC BUS selection provide certain reference. Finally, through the application example, further illustrate the application characteristics of the power supply unit.
