本文介绍了变频的转差补偿功能参数的设置的主要原则,总结了载波频率特性。下垂控制,是负转差补偿的一种,是专用于多台变频器驱动同一负载的场合,以使多台变频器达到负荷的均匀分配。还有如五台变频器驱动五台电动机的传送带,当某台变频器的负载较重时,该变频器就根据下垂控制功能设定的参数,自动降低输出频率,以卸掉部分负载。电动机热过载:电动机过载的基本特征是实际温升超过额定温升。因此,对电动机进行过载保护的目的也是为了确保电动机能够正常运行,不因过热而烧毁。当负载电动机的容量低于变频器额定容量时,亦可用此功能进行热过载保护。这个30Hz就是电动机过载功能的转折频率。变频器在40Hz时瞬时掉电的瞬停不停功能,在额定负载时进线电压瞬间中断,直流母线电压降到最低极限值。采用普通低压变频(二电平)技术实现中压变频,本方案采用低压整流器,及低压电容串联,3300V高压IGBT直接逆变。
This paper introduces the main principle of the setting of the function parameters to the variable frequency conversion compensation. Droop control is a kind of negative differential compensation. It is used to drive the same load of multi frequency converter to achieve the uniform distribution of load. There are five motors, such as the transmission belt drive five motors, when the load of a converter, the inverter based on the droop control function to set the parameters, automatically reduce the output frequency, to unload some of the load. Motor thermal overload: the basic feature of the motor overload is the actual temperature rise above the rated temperature rise. Therefore, the protection of the motor overload is designed in order to ensure that the motor can run normally, not due to overheating and burned. When the capacity of the load motor is lower than the rated capacity of the inverter, it can also be used to protect the thermal overload. This 30Hz is the turning frequency of the motor overload function. In the 40Hz, the instantaneous power of the instantaneous power off of the power is stopped, and the voltage of the line is interrupted and the DC bus voltage is reduced to the lowest limit. Adopt ordinary low voltage (two level) technology to achieve medium voltage frequency conversion, the program uses low voltage rectifier, and low voltage capacitor in series, 3300V high voltage IGBT direct inverter.
