摘要
安全体验是影响在线存储APP用户使用意愿的关键因素之一,本文分析了用户安全体验认知,从用户、APP、使用环境三个方面分析了在线存储安全体验的影响因素,并总结了用户的安全体验需求,从功能设置、界面视觉、交互方式三个方面进行了安全体验设计初探。
Security experience is one of the key factors affecting people to use online storage app. This paper analyzes user cognitive of security experience, from the user, app, environment to analyze the influencing factors of online storage security experience, and summarize user needs of security experience, preliminary design of a security experience from the feature set, interface visual and interactive way.
