动物源性食品中β-内酰胺类抗生素前处理及检测方法研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 β-内酰胺类抗生素兽药残留是目前重要的动物源性食品安全问题之一,检测食物基质中痕量兽药残留依赖于有效的前处理方法和精密的分析仪器。文中阐述了β-内酰胺类抗生素兽药的研究背景和现状,并对国内外食品中β-内酰胺类抗生素兽药残留的液液萃取、固相萃取(SPE)、基质辅助固相分散萃取和Qu ECHERs等前处理方法及微生物测定、免疫测定、液相色谱法、液相色谱质谱法、毛细管电泳分析方法等检测方法进行了综述,拟为动物源性食品中β-内酰胺类抗生素药物的残留监控提供理论参考,综述指出SPE为最有前景的前处理方法,而质谱技术的发展和仪器的小型化为检测仪器的发展趋势。 β-lactam residue is currently one of the critical safety problems in animal-derived food. The detection of β-lactams in a complex food matrix relies on an effective pretreatment method and advanced analytical instruments.This paper summarized the research background and progress of β-lactams detection,and research progress of pretreatment methods in China and other countries,such as liquid-liquid extraction,solid-phase extraction,matrix solidphase dispersionand Qu ECHERs. The detection methods,such as microbiological assay,immunoassay,high performance liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass,capillary electrophoresis were also introduced. This review could provide theoretical reference for monitoring β-lactam residues in animal-derived food.The review suggests that SPE is the most promising pretreatment method. The development of mass-spectrometric technique and miniaturization of instrument will lead future research.
