摘要 实验分别研究了铅板、石墨及钛基二氧化铅作为阳极材料时,其对电解镍始极片的槽电压、电流及槽液p H的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜及电化学工作站,观察和测试了三种阳极材料获取的始极片的微观形貌及极化曲线。结果表明,钛基二氧化铅作为阳极时,其槽电压、电流及槽液p H较为稳定,获取的始极片外观均匀、组织紧密,溶解性能好,优于其他两种阳极材料。 The influences of insoluble anode materials( stereotype,graphite and titanium based lead dioxide) on the cell voltage,current and bath p H value of electrolytic nickel starting sheet were studied by experiments. Microtopography and polarization curves of the sheets obtained from the three anode materials were observed and tested by scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and electrochemical workstation,respectively. Results showed that when using titanium based lead dioxide as anode,the cell voltage,current and bath p H value were more stable,the obtained starting sheet was better than that of the other two anode materials due to its uniform appearance,compact organizational structure and good dissolving property.
