摘要
研制了一种环保型水基防锈剂。以硅酸钠、三乙醇胺、硼酸、乙二胺四乙酸和钨酸钠为原料,通过正交试验,确定了水溶性防锈剂的最优配方。防锈剂组成为:250 g/L硅酸钠,1.0 g/L三乙醇胺,2.0 g/L硼酸,0.12 g/L乙二胺四乙酸,0.8 g/L钨酸钠。该防锈剂稳定性在两周以上,且防锈剂成膜后可使冷轧板的腐蚀速率明显降低,大气腐蚀挂片试验可达到35d,防锈效果良好、成本低,具有很好的应用前景。
An environmental friendly water-based rust inhibitor was developed. The optimized formulation was determined by orthogonal tests and using sodium silicate,triethanolamine,boric acid,ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and sodium tungstate as raw materials. The optimized formulation were obtained as following: 250 g / L of sodium silicate,1. 0 g / L of triethanolamine,2. 0 g / L of boric acid,0. 12 g / L of EDTA and 0. 8 g / L of sodium tungstate. Stability of the rust inhibitor was more than two weeks,and this rust inhibitor could reduce the corrosion rate of cold-rolled steel significantly after the antirust film was formed. In addiition,atmospheric corrosion coupon experiments could reach to 35 days. So the rust inhibitor has good antirust protection effect,low cost and good application prospect.
