电沉积溶液中硼酸分析方法综述和研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前测定硼酸方法的文献多而分散,但很少有报道这些方法的综述性专论。论述了硼酸在电镀工业中的作用及电沉积溶液中硼酸测量的重要性,对硼酸的测定方法、抑制金属离子水解技术作了比较全面的总结和整理,重点介绍了电镀溶液中硼酸的分析方法,并进行了归纳分类。结合实际提出了今后的发展前景。 Currently,there are so many and disperse papers on the analysis methods of boric acid,but few monograph review reported these methods. The role of boric acid in the electroplating industry as well as the significance of measuring boric acid in the electrodeposition solution was discussed in this paper. The measuring methods of boric acid and technology for inhibiting the hydrolysis of metal ions were summarized comprehensively. Analyzing methods of boric acid in the electroplating solution were mainly introduced,summarized and classified. The developing prospect was proposed combining with the practice.
