抗氧化酶对百合鳞茎破眠的影响研究

摘要 该文主要研究了休眠的细叶百合鳞茎在低温5℃贮藏过程中,抗氧化酶及呼吸代谢与鳞茎休眠进程的关系。结果表明,鳞茎呼吸速率在冷藏2周后显著下降,2~12周随着贮藏时间的延长呼吸速率逐渐上升。SOD活性在冷藏2~6周呈下降趋势,6~12周后逐渐增加。CAT活性4周最高,POD活性在贮藏过程中逐渐降低。鳞茎ASP活性则表现为先升高后降低的趋势,PPO活性在贮藏初期平缓下降。4周后逐渐上升,整个冷藏期PAL活性平稳波动。鳞茎贮藏过程中呼吸速率与SOD、POD、PAL呈正相关性,呼吸速率与CAT、ASP、PPO均表现为负相关性。 The changes of respiratory rate and antioxidant enzymes activity of Lilium pumilum during bulb dormancybreaking at 5℃ were studied. Results showed that the respiration rate decreased observably at 2w,respiration rate in-creased with the extension of cold storage time within 2~12w,SOD activity of scales was falling within 2~6w,andon the rise in 6~12w. The maximum value of CAT activity rose at 4w,POD activity had a downward trend duringcold storage,ASP activity rose first and falled later,PPO activity had a trend of gentle decline during early storage,increased after 4w,PAL activity changed smoothly in the whole cold storage period. Respiratory rate and SOD,POD,PAL were characterized by positive correlations. Respiratory rate and CAT,ASP,PPO were in the form of negativecorrelation.
