Employment State and Corresponding Strategies of Environment Science Undergraduates in Huaibei Normal University

师范学校非师范专业的毕业生就业问题越来越引起人们关注。该文以淮北师范大学环境科学专业(非师范)为例,从学生自身因素、专业综合实力及社会环境3个方面探讨了环境科学专业毕业生的就业现状及问题,并给出了相应解决对策。

The employment problems of non-teacher major graduates in normal colleges attract more and more atten-tion. In this paper,environment science（non-teacher major）undergraduates were taken as a study case to identifythe employment state by the students own factor,the major＇s comprehensive strength and social environment,and thecorresponding strategies were given to solve the problems found in the investigation.
