双螺旋榨油机的榨笼辅助加热功率数学模型

摘要 采用螺旋压榨法制油时,其压榨温度直接关系到油品质量和制油效果。根据能量守恒定律,推导出榨笼辅助加热时的功率数学模型,进而保守计算出理论加热时间,约为4.64 h,该模型可为加热过程参数的选择提供指导。通过红外测温仪测得榨笼外表面的温度,对榨笼加热3.5 h,其温度达到稳态,略低于理论计算值。因此,该加热方案能满足要求,且具有一定的设计裕量。 The pressing temperature is directly related to the oil quality and oil producing effect when using screw press to produce oil. According to the law of conservation of energy,the mathematical power model was derived when the pressing cage was heated auxiliarily,and the theoretical heating time about4. 64 h was calculated. The model could provide guidance for the selection of parameters in the heating process. Through measuring the outer surface temperatures of the pressing cage by the infrared thermometer,the temperature could reach a steady state when being heated for 3. 5 h,which was slightly lower than the calculated value. Therefore,the heating scheme could satisfy the requirements of design and had a certain margin.
