摘要
通过12个钻孔注浆钢管桩试件的桩身轴压承载力试验,得出了各试件的荷载-变形曲线,对比分析了各种计算方法预测的试件轴压承载力的有效性。研究表明:1实测钻孔注浆钢管桩桩身轴压承载力比按钢管轴压承载力计算的设计值大约2.2~3.1倍;2实测钻孔注浆钢管桩桩身轴压承载力比按钢管轴压承载力+钢管内注浆体轴压承载力计算的设计值大约1.5~1.8倍;3实测钻孔注浆钢管桩桩身轴压承载力比按我国标准CECS28:2012中钢管混凝土柱轴压承载力计算的设计值大约1.3~1.6倍,吻合较好。
Twelve steel tubular injection piles filled with cement mortar are tested under axial loading to obtain the load-deformation curves,and the capability of axial load bearing capacities of the specimens predicted by different calculating methods are compared and analyzed. The test results show that: 1 the actual axial load bearing capacities of steel tubular injection piles filled with cement mortar tested are 2. 2 to 3. 1 times larger than those calculated with steel tubules; 2the actual axial load bearing capacities of steel tubular injection piles filled with cement mortar tested are 1. 5 to 1. 8 times as large as those calculated with steel tubules and with cement mortar in the steel tubules; 3the actual axial load bearing capacities of steel tubular injection piles filled with cement mortar tested are larger than those calculated as per Domestic Standard System( CECS28: 2012) by 1. 3 to 1. 6 times,which shows a better compatibility.
