摘要
针对钢结构工程加工和安装过程中可能出现的偏差,归纳总结了《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB 50205—2001)中规定的对于结构受力性能可能有影响的偏差类别,提出了考虑主要偏差类型及组合下的单层门式刚架结构性能的分析。通过对单层单跨和单层双跨门式刚架结构考虑各种加工安装偏差及其组合对于结构产生的初始应力以及几何位移影响,得到结构在初始偏差和偏差组合下初始应力的分布特点以及变化规律。本文对于钢结构的加工制作以及施工控制都具有重要的实际意义。
According to the possible deviation in the process of steel structure processing and installation,the deviation category influenced the construction stressing properties is summarized,which has been conformed in Code for Acceptance of construction quality of Steel Structures( GB 50205—2001),the analysis of the one-story onespan gabled frames performance under the main deviation category and its combination is put forward. Based on the one-story one-span gabled frames and the one-story two-span gabled frames,considering the affects of process installation deviation and its combination on the initial stress and geometric displacement, the initial stress distribution characteristics and change law of structure under the initial deviation and its combination are derived. It provides a practical significance for the processing production and construction control of steel structure.
