摘要
福州海峡奥林匹克体育中心体育馆屋盖采用四边形环索空间弦支双向网格结构,具有跨度大、结构复杂、拉索张拉力大、张拉控制精度要求高等特点。根据结构特点及有限元分析结果,采用从外到内,分级同步张拉的施工方案。结合现场条件采用有效的安装方式,针对结构节点构造设计出合理的张拉工装,解决了高空安装与张拉的施工难点,实现了结构荷载的有效传递。通过仿真结果分析、拼装精度控制、索长误差调整等实现了结构形态的精确控制。
The roof of Fuzhou Strait Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium is a space cable supported bidirectional grid structure with quadrilateral ring cables. It has characteristics such as large span,complex structure,large tension force of cable and high precision for installation. According to the structure features and analysis results,the construction scheme of synchronous tension is adopted. Combined with the site conditions,the effective installation method is selected and reasonable equipment is designed on joint connection of the structure. The construction difficulty of high-altitude installation and tensioning is solved, and the effective transmission of structural loads is realized. The structure form is precisely controlled by using measures like simulation results analysis,assembling precision control and deviation adjustment of cable length.
