女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的研究进展

Research progress of pelvic floor functional disorders

盆底功能障碍性疾病是威胁女性生殖健康的一大重要因素,给女性患者带来巨大的生理、心理压力。随着对盆底结构功能认识的深入,盆底功能障碍性疾病的发病机制、治疗策略也在不断地完善。本文通过对近几年国内外文献的研究,就盆底功能障碍性疾病的概念、相关理论、临床表现及治疗手段进行简单综述。

Pelvic floor functional disorder is a major threat to women＇s reproductive health and it brings great physiological and psychological stress to the patients. With the development of knowledge on the domain function of the pelvic floor structure, the pathogenesis and treatment strategies of pelvic floor functional disorders have been improved continuously. Through a study of related domestic and foreign literature in recent years, this paper summarized the concept of pelvic floor functional disorder, relevant theories, clinical manifestations, and treatment methods.
