摘要
汽车牌照在识别过程中较为困难,对于汽车牌照的识别将会成为图像识别领域的重要研究课题,而MATLAB方法的使用能够有效地识别汽车牌照区域,提取有用的数字符号,对于清楚地识别汽车牌照有极大的帮助作用。文章主要基于MATLAB车牌识别系统的设计与应用进行了探讨。
Vehicle license plate in the recognition process is difficult, for car license plate recognition will become an important research topic in the field of image recognition, and for the use of MATLAB method to recognition of car license plate area, the extraction of useful digital symbol, for clear identification of cars do not license have great help. The design and application of MATLAB license plate recognition system are discussed in this paper.
