关于高职院校适应大数据产业发展下的办学理念的思考

Thinking about Higher Vocational Colleges to Adapt to the Industrial Development under the Big Data

大数据、云计算等新技术已经来临,职业院校应该如何适应该技术,培养相关的合格人才是文章研究的重点,职业院校以就业为导向的教育模式,说明了职业院校的教学目的,强调了就业的重要性,而培养应用型人才更是高等职业教育人才的时代要求。校企合作作为高职教育模式的一种创新,对应用人才的培养起到了极大的推动作用。文章通过对目前互联网时代大数据技术的分析,讨论了校企合作这种新型的教育模式对学生实践能力、职业技能以及提升学生的就业竞争力等方面起到的较大的促进作用。

Big data,cloud computing and other new technology is coming, vocational colleges should how to adapt to the needs of the technology, training of qualified personnel is the focus of this paper, vocational colleges to employment oriented education mode, clearly illustrates the teaching aim of Vocational Colleges and the importance of employment, and the cultivation of applied talents is the era of talent of higher vocational education requirements. School enterprise cooperation, as a kind of innovation of higher vocational education mode, has played a great role in the cultivation of applied talents. Based on the analysis of the large data technology in the Internet era, this paper discusses the new mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, such as the students＇ practical ability, vocational skills, and enhance students＇ employment competitiveness.
