摘要 智能交通系统以及应用的研究吸引了学术上和工业上的科研工作者们越来越多的关注,广泛利用传感器和通信技术帮助交通管理部门和驾驶员获取信息作出决策和安全舒适的驾驶体验。文章主要阐述以群智感知方式利用智能手机与车载电脑(OBD)互联获取车辆行驶信息和位置信息等数据判别交通拥堵情况的方法。 Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) and their application are attracting significant attention in academia and industry. ITS makes user of various sensing and communication technologies to assist transportation bureau and drivers in making efficient decisions and provide comfortable and safe driving experience. this paper describe an approach based on Crowd sensing to identify traffic congestion, the basic idea is to collected vehicle speed and geo-location using the smart phone with ODB.
