血府逐瘀汤加减对急性冠状动脉综合征患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后心血管事件的影响 被引量:46

Impact of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction( 血府逐瘀汤) on Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

摘要 目的探讨血府逐瘀汤对急性冠状动脉综合征患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗后炎症因子及心血管事件的影响。方法将70例行PCI治疗的急性冠状动脉综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者PCI术后给予冠心病二级预防治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀汤加减,每日1剂,两组均治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(CTnⅠ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平,并随访12个月,记录随访期间患者心血管事件发生情况。结果两组患者治疗后TC、LDLC、TNF-α、hs-CRP、CTnⅠ水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后TC、LDL-C、TNF-α、hsCRP、CTnⅠ水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间观察组再发心绞痛率、心绞痛再住院率、再发心肌梗死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤能够调节急性冠状动脉综合征PCI术后患者的血脂水平,且抗炎作用明显,对预防患者心血管事件具有显著作用。 Objective To explore the impact of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction( 血府逐瘀汤) on inflammatory factors and cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI). Methods Seventy patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI were randomized into the observation group( 35 cases) and the control group( 35 cases). The control group was treated with coronary heart disease secondary prevention after PCI. Based on this treatment,the observation group was added modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,1 dose every day. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Compared triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C),troponin Ⅰ( CTnⅠ),tumor necrosis factorα( TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein( hs-CRP) in both groups before and after treatment. Followed up for 12 months and recorded patients’ onset of cardiovascular events during follow-up.Results TC,LDL-C,TNF-α,s CRP and CTnⅠin both groups decreased significantly after treatment( P 〈 0. 05).TC,LDL-C,TNF-α,hs-CRP and CTnⅠin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 05). The recurrence rate of angina pectoris,the rehospitalization rate and the recurrence rate of myocardial infarction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during follow-up( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could regulate the blood lipid level of acute coronary syndrome patients after PCI. Moreover,its anti-inflammatory effect was obvious. It was effective in preventing patients’ cardiovascular events.
