SEW汽车传动轴焊管开发研究

摘要 SEW是一种"高频焊管+热张力减径+全管体热处理"的新型制管工艺。其具有全管体性能均一和尺寸精度高的优点。对SEW管和传统汽车传动轴焊管的常规性能进行试验比较,结果表明,SEW管的大多数性能都优于传统汽车传动轴焊管。SEW技术可以应用到汽车传动轴行业,并可将SEW技术推广到更多的制管行业中去。 SEW is a new kind of high frequency welded pipe, hot stretch reducing and whole body heat treatment process producing steel pipe, which has the advantage of uniform performance of the whole pipe body and good precision in geometric size of the pipe. The conventional performance of the pipe produced by SEW technology and traditional automobile transmission shaft welded pipe is compared. The results show that most of the performance of the SEW pipe is so good that the SEW technology is completely feasible in the automotive drive shaft industry. The SEW technology should be promoted to the oth er steel pipe industry.
