摘要
水下采油树的井口连接器的规范等级为PSL 3G,设计压力为69MPa(10 000psi),温度范围为-46~121℃。分析了机械独立式井口连接器,其具有结构简单、紧凑、操作方便和可靠性高等优点,可以实现机械锁紧与解锁功能,同时具备自锁能力,能满足大通径、高压金属密封要求。根据API Spec 17D第2版标准要求,对连接器进行了理论分析,并应用SolidWorks软件对连接器的卡牙做了有限元计算。
For the subsea wellhead tree connector, the product specification level is PSL 3G, the design pressure is 69 MPa (10 000 psi), and the temperature range is -46-121 ℃. Connector involved is a mechanical type wellhead connector, which has a simple and compact structure, easy operation and high reliability. It can achieve mechanical locking and unlocking function, along with self-locking capabilities, to meet large diameter, high-pressure metal seal claim. According to API Spec. 17D of the second version of the standard requirements of the connector theoretical analysis, and apply software Solid- Works to analyze the card connectors teeth with finite element calculation.
