在慢性心力衰竭护理中运用规范化健康教育的探讨

The Discussion of Using the Standard Health Education in Nursing in Chronic Heart Failure

目的通过对慢性心力衰竭患者进行规范化健康教育护理的运用效果,总结相关的经验和体会,为临床提供借鉴意义。方法选取我院在2011年4月至2013年10月期间收治的140例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析。根据入院先后顺序,随机将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组70例。对对照组患者采用常规方法进行护理,而干预组则在对照组患者的基础上实施规范化健康教育,比较两组患者在采用两种不同的护理方式后,患者在疾病知识的了解、心理以及满意度等方面的情况。结果对比显示,在对干预组患者采用规范化健康教育后,患者对疾病知识的掌握以及满意度等方面的情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和常规护理模式相比,规范化健康教育对于慢性心力衰竭患者的护理具有积极作用,取得较好的临床效果,对保证患者治疗、缩短住院日、减少复发提供了较好条件,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective Through to the patients with chronic heart failure for the use of standardized health education nursing effect,Summarizes the experience and understanding of related,To provide reference for clinic.Methods Select the clinical data of 140 cases of patients with chronic heart failure as the research object,in April 2011 a treated during in October 2013.According to the order in hospital,Patients randomly divided into intervention group and control group,70 cases in each group,Care for the control group were treated by conventional methods,Intervention group,patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation of standardized health education,compare two groups of patients after using two different ways of nursing,in patients with disease knowledge,psychological,and satisfaction.Results Comparison shows that,In the intervention group patients after the standardized health education,patients with mastery of disease knowledge and satisfaction situation is better than that in control group,statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with routine nursing mode,standardization of health education for the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure has a positive role,obtain a better clinical effect,to ensure that patients,shorten the provided the good condition,reduce the recurrence of such confinement,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
