妈咪爱联合思密达在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用疗效探讨

Application Efficacy Discussion of Medilac-Vita combined with Smecta in the Treatment of Pediatric Diarrhea

目的探讨妈咪爱联合思密达在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用疗效。方法选取我院门诊2014年1月至2015年6月所收治的70例腹泻患儿,遵循自愿原则,采取双盲法,将其平均分为两组,即观察组和对照组,每组35例,观察组给予妈咪爱联合思密达,对照组仅给予妈咪爱治疗,比较两组患儿止泻时间、大便好转时间及疗效。结果观察组患儿的止泻时间、大便好转时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),并且两组患儿的临床疗效对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈咪爱联合思密达在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用疗效确切,可促使肠道恢复正常的生理功能及微生态,改善临床症状,促使病情早日康复。

Objective To discuss the effects of medilac-vita combined with smecta in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods 70 cases of children with diarrhea admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were chosen,according to the principle of voluntariness and double-blind method,they were divided into two groups with each 35 cases.Observation group received medilac-vita combined with smecta,control group only received medilac-vita.Results The diarrhea stopping time,feces alleviation time of observation group were significantly shorter than control group（P〈0.05）,and the difference of the therapeutic effect in two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Medilac-Vita combined with Smecta has significant effects in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea,which can contribute to restoring normal physiological function of intestinal microflora,improve clinical symptoms and promote disease recovery.
