多潘立酮在重型颅脑损伤患者早期肠内营养中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨多潘立酮在重型颅脑损伤患者早期鼻饲管肠内营养支持中的临床应用价值。方法 2012年1月至2014年6月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者124例,随机分为鼻胃管+多潘立酮组和单纯鼻胃管组,各64例。比较两组肠内营养的相关胃肠并发症、肺炎发生的情况。结果两组患者胃肠道并发症的发生情况和两组患者肺炎发生及严重程度比较,有统计学差异。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者,多潘立酮联合肠内营养能够有效降低胃潴留、误吸等胃肠并发症的发生,减少肺部感染并发症,值得临床推广。
