论跨媒介叙事的版权问题与对策

Copyright Issues and Solutions on the Transmedia Storytelling

跨媒介叙事是媒介融合趋势在文化内容生产领域的具体表现,也是我国出版、影视、动漫等传媒产业实现互联网转型升级的重要途径。然而,跨媒介叙事对作品创作、使用和传播行为的颠覆使版权问题成为跨媒介叙事的发展瓶颈。从协同叙事和社会化叙事两个维度对跨媒介叙事的行为本质进行透析,分析植根于这两种新型创作方式中的版权冲突,进而从版权许可制度创新、版权经营制度创新和版权法配套改革三个角度对版权冲突的应对提出对策建议。

Transmedia storytelling is the future trends of the media convergence, and also the ways to update in the internet age for the traditional cultural industries. However, the new patterns of creation in the transmedia storytelling make the copyright issues to be the bottleneck of the development of transmedia storytelling. This thesis gave some solutions to solve these copyright issues based on the analysis of the root of conflicts between patterns of creation in the transmedia storytelling and the principle of copyright law.
