高职院校物流人才培养体系定位改革分析

Analysis on the Reform of Logistics Personnel Training System in Vocational Colleges

我国物流专业人才供给主要来源于高校培养,作为高职院校物流教育,其定位主要在于培养实用技能型专业人才。但是,高职物流人才培养体系目前存在的问题是,包括课程设置、师资配备、教材开发等在内的各环节与培养目标之间难以有效衔接,不能适应高职层次人才培养的要求。所以,建立健全高职物流人才培养体系必须对课程、师资、教材等进行改革,以满足物流行业发展对人才培养的需求。

The supply of logistics professionals in China is mainly from colleges and universities,and the logistics education in higher vocational colleges mainly aims at the cultivation of practical talents. However,the existing problem in higher vocational logistics personnel training system is,there is no effective connection between the curriculum,teachers,teaching materials development and training objectives,and can not adapt to the requirements of higher vocational talents training level. Therefore,it is necessary to reform the curriculum,teachers and teaching materials to meet the needs of the development of logistics industry,so as to meet the needs of logistics industry development.
