The Analysis of Lady Chatterley's Lover from the Perspective of Ecofeminism

Laurence is one of the most famous English writers in 20 th century,and his works not only focus on female and nature,but convey his disgust for industrial civilization,especially his last novel Lady Chatterlay＇s Lover. Based upon the ecofeminism criticism,the paper analyzes the binary opposition of civilization and nature,male and female,females＇ resistance to males and the harmony between female and nature. At last,it comes to a conclusion that,by expatiating the relationship between male,female and nature,the novel reveals Laurence＇s pursuit of harmony between male and female,human and nature.
