成年难治性癫痫患者体质与生活质量相关性研究

Research on correlation between life quality and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in adult patients with intractable epilepsy

目的研究成年难治性癫痫患者的中医体质类型与生活质量的相关性。方法收集2014年1～7月、2015年7～8月在北京中医药大学第三附属医院、解放军总医院第一附属医院就诊的成年难治性癫痫患者32例。对成年难治性癫痫患者进行横断面调查，填写中医体质调查表及成年癫痫患者生活质量量表（QOLIE-89），采用双变量相关分析、多元逐步回归的统计方法探讨相关性。结果①偏颇质比例较大（84％），以气虚质、湿热质、阳虚质为主。②QOLIE-89总分为（63．95±1．73）分；各维度评分最低的是药物影响[（38．54±27．94）分]，其次是发作担忧[（44．82±25．61）分]。③平和质对成年难治性癫痫患者多项生活质量起促进作用（P〈0．05）；偏颇体质与某些生活质量项目呈负相关（P〈0．05）。④气郁质、气虚质、痰湿质对生活质量负面影响最大（P〈0．05）。结论成年难治性癫痫患者中医体质特征与生活质量具有一定相关性，为通过调节体质、提高生活质量提供了新思路。

Objective To research the correlation between life quality and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in adult patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods From January to July in 2014 and from July to August in 2015, in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the First Hospital Affiliated to Chinese PLA General Hospital, 32 adult patients with intractable epilepsy were surveyed with cross-sectional survey through filling the constitution in Chinese medicine questionnaire （CCMQ） and the quality of ：life in epilepsy inventory- 89 （QOLIE-89）, and the correlation between life quality and TCM constitution was analyzed by using bivariate correla- tion and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results ①Biased constitutions were in higher amounts, which was mainly dominated by damp-heat constitution, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency constitutions. ②QOLIE-89 total score was （63.95±1.73） points. The scores of medication effects [（38.54±27.94） points] and seizure worry [（44.82±25.61） points] in QOLIE- 89 were the lowest. ③The gentleness constitution had a promotion effect on lots of aspects of life quality （P 〈 0.05）. Biased constitution had a negative effect on some aspects of life quality. ④Qi-stagnation, Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness constitution could exert the great considerable negative influence to the quality of life （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is cer-tain correlation between life quality and constitution of TCM in adult patients with intractable epilepsy, which provides an idea of improving the life quality of patients with intractable epilepsy by regulating constitution.
