摘要
目的探讨整体护理在干扰素联合腹泻奶粉治疗病毒性肠炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2013年11月~2015年11月四川省攀枝花市妇幼保健院诊治的86例病毒性肠炎患儿,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和试验组,每组43例。两组均采用干扰素联合腹泻奶粉治疗,对照组采用常规护理,试验组实施整体护理,比较两组护理总有效率、止泻时间、止吐时间、退热时间、住院时间、护理满意度、护理后大便次数。结果试验组护理总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的83.72%(P〈0.05)。试验组止泻时间、止吐时间、退热时间以及住院时间显著短于对照组(P〈0.05)。试验组护理满意度为97.7%,显著高于对照组的86.0%(P〈0.05)。试验组护理后大便次数显著少于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论病毒性肠炎在干扰素联合腹泻奶粉治疗基础上实施整体护理效果理想,能够促进患儿症状改善和机体功能恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate application effect of holistic nursing in interferon combined with diarrhea milk in the treatment of children with viral enteritis. Methods 86 children with viral enteritis in Hospital of Maternal and Children Care in Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group based on the different nursing methods, each group had 43 cases. Two groups of patients were treated with interferon combined with diarrhea milk treatment, conventional care was used in control group, holistic nursing was applied in experimental group. Total efficiency of care, antidiarrheal time, antiemetic time, cooling time and hospital stay, nursing satisfaction and defecate number after nursing between two groups were com- pared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.35%, significantly higher than that of control group (83.72%) (P 〈 0.05). Antidiarrheal time, antiemetic time, cooling time and hospital stay of experimental group were sig- nificantly shorter than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 97.7%, signifi- cantly higher than that of control group (86.0%) (P 〈 0.05). Defecate number after nursing in experimental group was less than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing applied in interferon combined with diarrhea milk in the treatment of viral enteritis has good effect, can promote the improve of children symptoms and the body function recovery, it is worthy of promotion and application.
